A new year also marks the birthday of this blog. I’ve been doing this for two years now, and I am starting to notice interest is growing.

In all fairness, updates from my end were a fair amount slower this past year. I have been traveling more than average, and the remodeling of my garden took most of my free time during the summer. I only posted 21 articles in 2017 as opposed to 92(!) in 2016. That said, page views and unique visitor numbers have remained pretty much stable, which is pretty nuts if you think about that.

For 2018, I intend to do even better though. There are some very cool projects already in the pipeline, and my inspiration folder is getting thicker by the day.
